100th Post!
Yaaay! lol.
I absolutely love this dress! It comprises of 2 of my favorite trends, Peplum and Stripes/Monochrome. The vertical and horizontal lines work for each part of the body. The horizontal lines makes the bust area appear wider while the vertical lines would make the legs look longer.
I wanted to keep the attention focused on the dress so I just paired it with a minimal jewelery (In my own dictionary anyway) and red sandals, nails and lips for a pop of color. :D

Hello darlings!
Been quite a while. I never knew how much I loved my laptop (and blogging) until it crashed last week. I felt like some part of me was missing, prolly like an arm got amputated or something. I tried to get my computer fixed but the 'fish head' apprentice decided to work on it rather than wait for his boss and ended up formatting ma system without backing it up. I lost every file on my computer, I was devastated. I felt like tearing him into tiny bits and pieces but .... Life goes on. I'm presently using my sister's computer which I plan to 'colonize' till I get mine properly worked on.
Long story short, I missed you all! Its been only a week but it feels longer than that.

I love tulle skirts cos they are so girly and fun. I've got a couple of them and wear them on rare ocassions usually paired with tights cos they soo tiny (lol). This is the longest tulle skirt I own (gifted) and I paired it with a denim jacket. I wore a very similar outfit Here.
Anyfin denim is a must-have in every girl's wardrobe. They are soo versatile and can be styled in multiple ways. I have worn almost everything paired with denim (well I haven't worn a denim skirt, till I see the one I really like).

Hello darlings!
Hope y'all had a great weekend.
Happy Mothering Sunday to all our Catholic Mothers around the world!
Someone even wished me a Mothering Sunday in Advance (I just can't wait to be a mum!) :D

I finally took off my braids! I almost didn't want to take it off even tho it was about 7weeks old cos it was looking better wif age (just like fine wine :D). I was getting lots of compliments and developing ideas on how to style it (I woke up really late). But it just had to go. :(
Would be rocking another style of briads soon tho.

I've had this skirt for a while, one of those items you have but don't feel like wearing. At first I wanted to pair it wif a striped shirt but tot against it. I've seen most bloggers pair mustard colored skirts wif a white shirt and I didn't want to 'follow the trend'. The skirt started developing 'white beards' in my wardrobe while waiting for me to make up my mind. I finally wore it to church today wif a white shirt (the skirt prolly gave thanksgiving in church, lol).

Portia + Boredom = DIY.
I got this top from a friend (practically dragged it from her, lol) n I love it for many reasons esp. cos of the polka dots on it. Unfortunately its one of those tops that can't be worn very often. I've worn it once n that was over a year ago.
So wif alotta time on my hands, I picked up a needle n thread n started reconstructing it n this is the end product...

There are some items that you absolutely need ready and waiting in your closet. These make up the basis of your wardrobe; they’re the must haves, no matter what your style — the wardrobe essentials. To be considered a wardrobe essential, an article of clothing has to have several important attributes:
